The pileated woodpecker on our logo is beautiful and tenacious! He will beat his head over and over on a seemingly impervious surface, knowing he will get at a tasty snack given the right amount of work. Our micro distillery is equally tenacious. Over three years and in the middle of a pandemic, we are still creating fine spirits and loving every second!
We are proud of our line of award winning, carefully crafted artisan spirits and honored to be the only distillery in the fine city of Goleta, CA.

Cacao Flavored Rum
40% Alc. by Vol.
Cacao Flavored Rum Starts out as our Sterling Silver Rum then after a double distillation, it rests with heavily roasted cacao nibs to give it its dark color and magnificent chocolate nose and flavor. It is not sweet, and it is not filtered. IT is like drinking a dark chocolate bar. It plays great in cocktails and sips nicely on its own.
